Every founder's path to selling their company is one-of-a-kind, and at KCN Companies, we understand and respect that. We're dedicated to adapting to your timeline, ensuring that we move at a pace that feels right for you. While each journey is unique, our buying process follows a structured set of steps, meticulously crafted to produce the best possible outcomes.

Step 1
Introductions

After a company inquires about selling to KCN Companies, we set up an introductory meeting if we see potential.

Step 2
Business Deep-Dive

Our team conducts an initial review of your company's financial statements, operations, legal status, and market position.

Step 3
Indication of Interest (IOI)

KCN submits an IOI outlining our proposed terms and conditions that can be used as a starting point for negotiations.

Step 4
Letter of Intent (LOI)

Our team will finalize the submit our LOI specifying offer price, deal structure, contingencies, and key terms.

Step 5
Definitive Purchase Agreement

The dinititive purchase agreement is executed and the acquisition transaction is completed.

Kalen, Chris & Nate

Who are we? Well, we think we're probably a lot like you.

We're spouses and parents. We're an Army veteran, a lawyer, and an accountant. We're former custodians, lawn mowers, waiters, and bank tellers. We're engineers, business majors, and seminary students. We're youth sports coaches.

But we also love business and have billions of dollars of transaction experience across multiple industries. We have complementary skill sets, wear different hats, and each provide unique value to our companies along their growth journeys.
